I trained as a primary school teacher in leafy South-West London a couple of years ago, but couldn’t afford to go teaching straight away. After straining nerve and sinew to get a teaching job, I have finally got my first full-time role, starting Sept 2010.

I’ve got this horrible feeling getting the job was the easy bit. Now I’ve got to survive it.
